How is it?

The mechanism of operation HIFU 9D technology:

During the treatment, concentrated ultrasound waves are directed into the skin. Reaching the appropriate depth, depending on the head of the device, they cause:

1. the heating of the appropriate structures to a temperature of about 60-75 degrees Celsius, which causes local coagulation of collagen proteins (thermal effect)
2. the formation of gas bubbles inside the cells and the destruction of skin structures due to pressure build-up (mechanical effect).

These two above-mentioned mechanisms of HIFU activity initiate regenerative processes lasting up to 3 months, which lead to the reconstruction of skin structures and the SMAS area.

Skin remodeling that occurs after HIFU treatment can be divided into the following stages:

• Inflammatory process: where cell migration and coagulation of collagen fibers occur. During this period, erythema may appear on the skin. This process lasts up to 48 hours after the procedure.
• The proliferative process: which consists in the multiplication of new collagen and elastin fibers cells, and the reconstruction of the skin and the SMAS area. This phase lasts from 2 to 6 weeks after the procedure.

Before your session:

The effects After your treatment:

Let us mention that the aftercare procedure is an extremely important part of the 3D HIFU treatment, as we want to avoid the heat, sun damage and hyperpigmentation on the treated area.

The aftercare is the most importance after the 3D HIFU, to obtain the best possible results from treatment. If any of the points are not adhered to then hyperpigmentation may occur.

• There may be post-procedure redness that settles in about an hour.
• Maybe will feel little soreness on the face for 1/2 weeks.
• In the first week, wash your face with warm water, not too hot or too cold.
• No sauna, no exercise, avoid alcohol.
• Don’t to be exposed to the sun in the first 2 weeks.
• An SPF 30 must be used on the treated area all times.
• Avoid high-tech treatment items such as anti-aging, pigment removal.
• A few people will appear slight redness on the skin after treatment, this is normal, please apply some aloe vera gel, the redness will disappear within 3-5 days.
