- Please be advised that The Perola Padilha Clinic & Spa has a 24hr cancellation policy.
- Failure to cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment your session will be considered performed.
- In case you want to reschedule the session you missed. We give you the option to pay a fee of 25 euros per hour lost from your treatment and reschedule the session that was considered completed.
- Please be also aware that late arrivals (10 min tolerance) will be charged the full amount for their scheduled appointment duration.
- Also, we do not do refunds in case of no show and 24hrs after your cancellation.
- In order to re-schedule the package or its sessions, it must be requested with a 24-hour notice.
- We do not work with the refund of packages or sessions. (Maximum period for completing package is a maximum of 6 months)
- Images taken inside the clinic can be used in digital marketing, scientific articles, without identity being disclosed.
- We do not issue retroactive receipts. Upon requesting your receipt, it will be sent within 7 working days.
- We are not responsible for your belongings within our space.
